4x600s & 4x200s (400m jog recov), 2x150 BU. was going to do the same workout as 2weeks ago (8s & 4s), but the wind was damn strong on the backstretch of the track, of course. so ran the 600s & 400s instead with kaiser to escape the wind a little. 1:49, 1:47, 1:47, 1:44. 66, 67, 65, 63. 24, 23 (not exactly sure, im in the library without the watch). because my quads have been sore since friday, i was debating whether or not to give them another day & do this tomorrow. glad i didn't because today was the same as 2weeks ago with a lot less effort. a pretty chill workout id say. whirlpool
