kinda hoping to do 4 miles but had a bit of a hiccup and was really getting sore -not pain- in achilles area. i think i can attribute that to skipping rehab on friday and not doing stretches or icing on sunday. felt pretty tight all day so i'm not surprised. now i know that i have to keep up my good habits and not slack off :P anyways i stopped cuz i didn't want to risk anything before starting real stuff with the team tomorrow since i got cleared!
