swam with ben yavitt. it was a nice relaxing sunday swim. i'm glad that i've gotten some swimming time this semester. i feel like i've really improved; i can swim longer distances and i feel a lot less winded and maintain better form. i think it'll pay off. i need to get in the weight room. ibis pillar and good stretching afterward.
