i didn't do any workouts last week, so it was nice to be back working out again. i guess i was expecting a more challenging workout though. i think i'm gonna try to go for a long tempo on wednesday instead of 6x200m haha, that used to be our post-tempo workout. it felt good though, my piriformis didn't bother me at all, so that's progress. stretched well, skipped abs? i don't remember why. we did a visualization drill. it was kind of weird. i thought about running sub-1:20 for the half.
