Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
first workout since beginning of cross season. did 2 miles of lane 8's, started off running with the girls at 95-97, but started dropping down after the 4th one and went 88, 84, 85, and 82 for the second half of the workout, and ran the last 2 with the guys. felt better than i expected to, but i'm still not in great shape. knee wasn't bothering me at all either, which is the best news. not a bad start to the season, but i still have a long way to go.
