Comments:
Did an 8 by 1000 workout at the tennis courts on MLK. Hit around 3:11 to 3:13s and slowest ones were 3:15 and fastEst was 3:08. It felt really tough, my legs were tired and I had to push myself really hard for this workout. At the end I felt like I was going to pass out.
