in the words of tony the tiger, what a grrrreeeat day. I like doing workouts like this. Makes me feel faster without really putting the hammer down. I think everyone did great, and know everyone is getting excited for the next 10 days of running. I know I am. By the way, don't be so nervous about what time you are going to hit!!! have you not been listening. I have had multiple people talk about their times. Time is not the ultimate goal, place is. Work on staying sharp thoughout the race, and the times will take care of themselves. I am the same way, and found that the times when I have run the best have been when My expectations have been about something other than time. Today is easy stuff, I'm happy about that. Well, see you all in about one hour.
