Indoor hill repeats

Weather: 45, windy, rainy

Comments:
Weather kept me inside again so had to recreate hill repeat run on tm. Warm up felt okay, did 5 repeats of 2 min @ 5% incline and 6.5 pace with 3 min of recovery jog. Might not have been exactly as hard as outside but I was pretty dead at the end of each uphill. Cool down felt hard at first but got into a groove and could have gone longer if time allowed.
