Comments:
I did a 8 mile tempo today b/c it was about the same time I did it before Toledo. I started out way too fast and put myself into oxygen debt by mile 2. I settled into a pace for the next 2 miles to just get up the hills. When I turned around I started flying. This was an excellent confidence boost, and I am pretty sure I can get a good time in a few weeks! Just need to keep training smart and not get too overzealous.
Up NP to SP to Eaton and back
