Comments:
easy run on fields, leg (knee) was still feeling mediocre at best. but it wasn't hurting walking around and i wanted to loosen it up. the lower groin and lower inside quad was and still is really tight. I ran really slowly and after 3 miles or so i started speeding up. for the last 2.5 or so i was going mid low seven pace. and it either felt great or kind of a quick tight feeling. hopefully tomorrow it will be perfectly fine.
