workout just killian and i cause lavallee was feeling sick. a long ladder: 200, 400, 800, 1000, 1000, 800, 400, 200. projected times and rest: 32 (60s), 68 (90s), 2:25 (90s). 3:15 (2:30), 3:15 (90s), 2:25 (90s), 68 (90s), 32. accomplished times: 31, 70, 2:26, 3:06, 3:06, 2:27, 65, 31. a pretty good day. tight calves after and a bit during but nbd. too cold to stretch totally so that could be partly why. get pumped for new englands!
