Comments:
calves still fine even after the workout, the RIW helped a lot. no problems at all now. this run felt great, kinda tired, but still good. probably going to hit low 50s on the week after more of a down week last week i plan to reduce my mileage slightly from before and then continue to reduce it over the next couple weeks. so low 50s with a day off this week, low 50s no day off next week, mid 40s the next week etc.
