deffenetly cooling off outside. 4 ez today, felt great, ready for a killer last weekend before I taper. I have a good, strong attitude and will do the workouts, just have to work through it. 10k tommarrow, long run sunday (around 15 miles) should be good to run long and train when I'm tired.
