Great little workout. At first I was a bit annoyed about the crowdedness at the line, but I soon found my niche behind DJ and tried to tuck in behind him keeping my turnover synced with his. I felt fast and controlled -- not allowing myself to go so fast that I feel like I've lost all form.

Thundering down the track in a giant herd of runners is pretty cool too.
