4 sets(4 3 2 1) about 2 minutes between sets like a minute between reps jog recovery in between
last set with just kirwan + nicky 76, 34, 56, on my toes! leaned forward and got on my toes. dorsi flexed and lifted my knees kept my hip forward and it felt magical. almost fell forward
