Leg Press @ 380 4x10 !!!
Step-ups @80 4x12 per leg
Roman Chair Oblique work
Tri-Extend @40 4x8
Lateral Lunge @45 4x15!!!
Lat Pull @150 4x10
Squat @ 140 1x5, @ 180 1x5, @ 215 4x8 !!!
Seated Row @135 4x8

Goal was by first week january to:
Squat 240
Leg Press 420
Lat Lunge 4x12 @ 60+
Barring any injuries I think this is doable!
