terrible 10k, started 75 minutes late, really windy, 240 foot climb with head/cross wind for the first 2 miles, than 1.6 miles into headwind, closing 2.6 miles was downhill with tailwind and fast. Realized right away that today was not going to be steller, so held back for the hard stuff. ran tempo the last 3. A good day to forget.
