Comments:
felt good. right shin tight during warmup, but after 15-18 minutes easy, felt ok.

in race, went out slow, controlled. first mile 604, started steadily picking people off. felt smooth and fast until about 5th mile, started cramping in right mid-abdomen, under ribs. felt strong overall, steady tempo-type performance.
