Longcut to Fort Reno...and no sprints.

Ran at a pretty fast pace to fort reno via friendship and going up western. ankle was acting up and anthony recommeneded not doing the sprints on the really lumpy fort reno. (the place where I actually hurt my ankle in the first place) I wanted to have a good race thsi saturday, so I was fine with it. Watched the sunset on fort reno hill then ran back to school with the girls.
