I jogged for recovery for the first 3 sets so I got a little less recovery. Did this solo again. the 400's were like 79 88 83 82 78 im positive on the first second nad last ones and i think i hit 83 and 82 on those middle ones also and the 200's i don't know exactly but at least the last 200 of each set was like 38 40 39 42 39 something like that but between like 38-41 mostly. i puked after the 4th set but did the 5th and final one much to schwartz's opposition. i knew martin would let me run the last one
