pyramid pace running

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
testing my own method on running....started @ 8 min run with 2 min walk then to 7 min run with 2 min walk...kept that up to 4 min run with 2 min walk and stayed at 4 and 2 until the end on the distance....my back didn't seem to hurt as bad and my legs felt ok also....I think I'll call it the "Pyramid Pace Running".
