Weather: pretty good, a little warm but it wasnt that bad
Comments:
1.5 mile warmup
24- 400s total- 6 miles
12- 400s as a workout from 73- 76, most of them were 73 only a few were actually 75 and i only saw 76 once.
6-400s then 3 min rest and then the other 6
in between each 400, a 200 tempo then a 200 jog.
last one i pulled a 71, coming up on the shoulder of sam, which i kind of felt bad for. However, he is still weak from being sick so its not like i won a gold medal or anything
20 min cooldown- 2.5 miles ish around town and the stockyards.
