So I was finally able to run after two whole weeks! Jessica said to take it easy intensity wise, so I did the grandma shuffle. Since nothing hurt after ten minutes, I was able to add on another five! Next time, I get to go thirty! (as long as my foot doesn't hurt tomorrow...)
