fartlek! 3:30, 2:30 times three with 2min rest, then another 3:30 interval, 6x30sec with 30sec rest. really good, hard and fun. real relaxed today, just trying to enjoy my last month of college cross country. total distance I'd put at 6.5 miles then 25min cool down for 3.5miles
