3 mi wu to Forest Hills
~6.5 mi fartlek in 43:20... 3 x (3:30, 2:00 active rest, 2:30, 2:00 active rest) + 3:30, then 6 x (:30 fast, :30 active rest)
3.5 cd through Forest Hills a lil and back to Veale

felt great during the workout, usually found myself running near the front of the group. wanted to work it because I'm not racing Saturday. I'm gonna look to see if there are any running supply stores near our hotel in D.C. to see if there is anyone to run with Sat-Mon.
