Comments:
late start to the workout, nutrition meeting before hand. got pretty pumped for this workout, after the test I was less pissed than last time, but still wanted to kick some ass, then I listed to some good music on the way down to practice too. Besides that though, my legs felt weird during the warmup, but i pulled it together for the workout, and it was really quality, it seemed like a great team workout today. Looks like we're not going to be at full strength this weekend, but I personally kind of need this race to get myself back where I should be.
