a hard workout

Comments:
grogan was talking about running a workout with sylvester's group while we were at lunch. i decided i'd run it with him. we warmed up about 2 miles down mlk then up wade park to the track. Before sly's group started we tacked on a couple 1000m's at 3:03 pace. it felt good; i was loose and felt ready for some 8s. they felt pretty relaxed at 2:35, 2:32, 2:30, 2:32. for the last one, sylvester told nate to kick the last 200m, so after the first 600 on pace, we finished in 2:22. then added on another 800 in 2:24.
i was happy with the workout, it's been a while since i've run that hard. cool down back to veale.
