Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
4 mile warm up with the Matts, workout, cool down.

Hamstring really tight, but otherwise felt good.

Slowed down at end of the first 3000 to wait for group, would have been 11:05 or less had I finished normally. Second 3k was 10:58, then 7:13 for 2k, 3:32 and 3:23 for the 1000s. Overall a good workout, need to find a way to loosen up hamstrings before racing.
