Comments:
traditional warmup stuffs, couple striders. kept loose and tried to relax. the race itself was weird. i took out in front, leading basically all of the race, nobody pushed me and we were going like super slow it was annoying cuz i HATE doing solo 800s and that's what it felt like. anyways i was feeling good the whole way, no pain. got outkicked in the last 50m but i guess i could expect that from people who had been training and doing actually workouts for the past few months... i'm pretty happy, my goal was sub 2:40 so that was good. after having that stupid injury i'm glad i'm not too out of it. definitely have more in the tank.

got to cooldown and jog some extra with christine :) yay actually running buddies!
