3 miles to Forest Hills, Fartlek 3:30, 2:30, 3:30, 2:30, 3:30, 2:30, then 4x30sec(which totaled about 4 miles), 2 mile cooldown, then hopped in the van back to veale for stretching and abs, it's getting dark sooooo early!
