Weather: pouring rain...woohoo!!

After the embarassment of doing drills behind Safeway yesterday, I decided to alter my route so I could end up doing drills in private at the park on river and willard (still got harassed by a dude who asked why I was doing tennis drills) I warmed up from gds to teney metro and back, and then ran the loop backwards down river, up the crescent trail, to bradley to wisconsin back to school. Felt like uttter crap. Not that it was the rain, but I got cramps in like three different places and my ankle kept hurting. Wasnt too happy with it, but it was fun overall. Got splashed by a bunch of cars zipping throught standing water on the side of the road, fun fun. Oh and when I got back, I found out I semi-inspired Natalie to spontaneously go on a six mile run in the rain (damn). Definitely glad I ran, I needed it physically and mentally.
