the track was damn windy..everywhere. 6x400s, 6x200s with kaiser all on 400 jog recov. the 400s went well, we decided to start out relaxed then get into them. 1:11, 1:10, 1:11, 1:07, 1:06, 1:03. the 200s were just all out by the end with a hell of a lot of wind. :30, :29, :29, :28, :29, :28. felt pretty good today..like i had another gear. wore milers. form drills, whirlpool
