Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy 30 minute run with Heather. We ran on golf course for the soft surface. About 3.5 miles
It was harder to notice when my form wasn't great, because we were on grass and I couldn't "hear" it. Calves still feel sore/tight, and hips are still feeling tight, but only in the front, and not as much in the back.
