Comments:
ran out on the bike path for a bit then did a few pickups on the way back. they felt awful, lol. but thats ok. 6x45 seconds of rather fast but not balls out with 1:30 in between. not a horrible day alltogether but those pickups hurt lol. gotta stretch and get back flowin into some speed
