Comments:
Core with weights. Did lunges then supermen so twas harder.
Went to chiropracter in evening. He said my legs/hips/back/neck were really off and its like having an oil change. I'm good for the next few hundred miles! :-) I feel much better and can breath more easily. Praise the Lord cuz He's good!
