Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with: Chase, Tony, Brandon, and Izzy.
I started the run, and realized that the pace was faster then usual but continued to run and feel very good. I continued with this great feeling until we came across the boardwalk and started the tempo, there I reached a point were I felt I had reached my absolute maximum, I couldnt handle it and started to break down. We finished our tempo and continued to run back the way back was hell. The run started good and ended horribly, I learned a lot about myself as a runner today.
