Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
i ran with a bunch of people after math. ran up stokes via the meadow to fairhill, then across coventry back to north park. south park to southerly park where ethan chicago chris and i did the exercise course for fun. it was a very relaxed and enjoyable run.
hurdle drills, abs and hips.
i played soccer with some of the other guys afterward, i was really cold at first, but it got better. and then i was really sore and tired the next day.
