Not bad considering didn't run for 5 days.
Skipped breakfast. Woke up late. Suppose to be at work for P1 Orientation at 7.30am but woke up at 7.40am.
Morning 8.30 am - 12noon @ Work
Lunch: 12.30pm @ Kedai Kopi Hougang
Rice with rendang, fried long beans and tempeh
Slept from 3.30pm - 5.30pm
Started run with heavy legs. Been having "heavy legs" for past weeks. Not sure why. No Strecthing issue?
