Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran to the HS (1.7), then ran 12 striders across the softball field, then ran one mile at 6:35. Then I ran home (1.7) and drank some water. Then I did the Old Guernsey Loop as mile repeats. 1) 6:31, 2) 6:55, 3) 6:51, 4) 7:08. I was really disappointed with the last mile, but such is life. I can improve.

When I got home I realized that it was TNT training at UWF so I swung by there and ended up walking 3/4 of a mile with the Ladies.
