Weather: really nice
Comments:
Wasn't feeling good today, I think the 'heat' was too much for running pants, and I was on my feet for a few hours last night at the bar, which was really bothering my knees and back. Anyway, I got through it, not as many miles as I was hoping for, but a run is better than no run.
