Comments:
House-Coyote Hills-Loop. Sunny to rainy, at times cold and windy, then back to sunny! Good easy pace long run, thinking this is the final one before CIM. Felt good throughout the run, even hours after the run. Took 1 gel, some Ironman sports drink and some water. Last 6 miles running 7:20's pace.
