Comments:
Ran strock, and then 2 mile loop at the park. Started at the Ymca down railroad run and then came back around the school. Went much faster than i though i guess.
Then i did weightroom
3x8 DB lunges with 25's
3x8 Incline Bench with 30's
3x8 Hamstring curls
3x5 pullup
2x10 DB curl to press with 20's
2x:45 sec plank
2x15 Hypers with weight (15lb)
