Ran warmup to alleghaney field, ran 200-200-400-200-200-400 at R with full (~3 min walking). 37-40-77-38-38-80. 200s felt easy, 400s a little more effort but still pretty easy. R lower shin a little sore during but below hotspot and not bad.
