Comments:
Awesome race!! Went out perfectly on pace-6:04, then just kept moving up and passing people. I even passed people in the last 100m, which NEVER happens!
I felt like my form could have improved though. I was so focused on the race I never really stopped to think about it. However, my hips were NOT sore afterwards, and my glutes WERE sore, so I think that's a good sign:)
