Weather: Pouring down rain... SO SO SO COLD!!!

Comments:
Really great run. 6 miles with Heather, Matt, and Alex. My legs felt surprisingly good after racing, even though my glutes were sore.

We were running on pavement, so it was really easy to hear when my form wasn't as good. My calves felt fine, and so did my hips.
