My legs were hurting due to lactic acid build up. My legs are getting used to the running movements again. It's going to hurt for a while. Very tough hill. walked when I needed to. Finished strong. Flats became easy. Yes. Hills are definitely the way to go. Plus the Scenery is Beautiful.
