Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2 mile warm up, 3.1 mile race, 3 mile cool down.
I just helped pace my friend, Allie, during the race. We went 6:45 pace, and my pacing was really consistent, so it went really well! Then to get more miles in I ran the course again afterwards, so I got in 8 today.
My legs feel great! It was super cold, but I think my form was good.
