Comments:
Wore long sleeve Lycra. Started off slow. I was focusing on form. Wow I found my scale and figured out that I weigh 220 pds. but i was wearing my jacket. So I took off my Jacket. What a Relief. I took off a whole pound. I was then Fascinated. So I used my Imagination. No not really. So I started to focus. And then I went for this run. 6.8 miles in 1 hour and 11 minutes.
This is going to take another 3 months to lose all this weight. I need to eat Healthier. I can eat my moms cooking 1 time a week. Stop drinking soda and beer. Drink Shakes.
