Weather: perfect!

Comments:
Since I'm on call, I can't be more than 15 minutes from campus after 5.... which meant that I had to do my three mile loop faster than 30 minute pace. No problem. I rushed it much more than I should have, and the result was my fastest 3 mile ever and a mild asthma attack. Breathing got difficult around mile 1, and unbearable around mile 2. I normally would have stopped right then and there and walked back the rest of the way, but I'm on call!!! I needed to get back, so I figured, why not run the rest of the way?
Took my inhaler when I got back, and aside from being a little shaky, I think crisis averted. I think...
