I started really slow after doing pushups and Dumbell workout. I felt lactic acid in the beginning of the run. After about 13 minutes I started feeling good. I stopped 1 time to focus on my form. I can extend my stride pretty far and focus on the steps ahead of me. When I plant on my forefoot and kick my but or get close to it I run faster and the muscles stretch more.
